I have known about airport appliances for many years, but never use them. Recently we bought a range and a dishwasher. Both were priced very competitively and delivery was fast and installation was perfect. I would highly recommend them. And Will certainly be coming there for future purchases.

We had a great experience. Curtis, in the Concord, CA store was very helpful and informative. We purchased yesterday, and delivery/set-up will be tomorrow.

I was initially apprehensive about entering this establishment and was quite determined not to make any purchases. However, I ultimately left with four brand-new appliances: a gas range, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. My decision to buy was influenced by the exceptionally favorable pricing and the high quality of the appliances.

The purpose of the day I bought the speed queen dryer for my wife was to BUY… I had gone to a certain place (bestbuy) that is “licensed” or “certified” to sell this particular dryer, and I was absolutely disappointed with the service and responses given by a store associate. Walked right out. My wife mentioned Airport home appliances and had told me that, the time she had gone in to look, she ha enjoyed the customer service. So, we drove to Airport home appliances and bought the dryer…… should’ve done that sooner.

I’ve been doing my appliance shopping at Airport Appliance since the year 2000. It’s nice to have the personalized help, and they match the price of the big box stores. I have not had anything go wrong, but it’s nice to know that there is an actual brick and mortar store nearby, and to be able to talk to a live person just in case something did go wrong. Just last month, my old refrigerator suddenly died. I went to their showroom in Concord and found a wonderful refrigerator at a very good price, with Ken’s help. I thought I’d have to wait at least a few days to get it, but it was in stock and they delivered it the next day! The delivery men did a great job and were very careful. I’ve always found Airport Appliance to have integrity, that’s another reason I keep going back. And I will continue to do so.

Had an incredibly positive experience ordering all new kitchen appliances through Airport Appliance. Mike in sales spent days researching appliances that would work with my existing cabinetry, sending a team to measure and ensure the install would work, and answering my numerous questions throughout the process. I highly recommend their sales service.

We went in to find a new induction cooktop. Primary objective, walk out door with a unit. Had a nice budget. Ken surprised us with a unit that was 1/3 of our budget. We opted to also buy a new washer/dryer. All that in less than an hour and a half. Plus, they will be delivering the new appliances.

Great experience here. Was greeted immediately once I walked in, and was introduced to Zach. I was upfront about my budget and preferences, and he very patiently guided me through all available options and how they compare, so I could make a confident purchase decision. I had a more positive experience here than I had when visiting a nearby competitor, whose salesman became pretty disinterested once I shared my relatively low budget. Thanks Zach for your excellent, kind and fair service!

Our salesperson was Ken Usedom who helped us with picking out our appliance package that we were installing in our kitchen that was getting upgraded so we could sell our home. We picked out a very nice midline appliance package from General Electric. They had it all delivered and installed for us. There were a few hiccups with installation of the stove and the range hood, but they got solved. They have a really nice tracking software for their delivery times. Ken was very professional and was eager to help us out. I would recommend Airport Appliance to anyone. They soon we’ll be moving into their new showroom in Concord. Should have better parking in a place to eat while you’re deciding on what you wanna buy.
